Yes. Moving from a Web & API plan to Apps+ is a plan change — your content, users and settings all stay exactly where they are. Your apps are then built and published under your own developer accounts.

No. There is no onboarding or setup fee on any plan — you pay the plan price and nothing else. TV app submissions and custom development are quoted separately when you want them.

On Pay as You Grow we act as merchant of record: we bill your subscribers, keep $0.99 per active subscriber per month, and pass the rest to you. An inactive or cancelled subscriber costs you nothing.

No, all Cloud plans Tech Support, Product updates and regular Maintenance so that you don’t need to worry about anything once you launch. For Self Hosted Plans : Technical support and updates are free for the first 3 months, for further support plans contact our sales team.
