Orders, wallet balances and invoices all sit on the account, visible to the subscriber and to your team.
Vodlix billing management treats support volume as a design problem. Most billing enquiries amount to one question: what was this charge? The platform already knows the answer, and every lookup a person handles by hand is a record that could simply have been visible to the subscriber. Vodlix puts orders, wallet balances and invoices on the account, visible to both the subscriber and your team. For OTT operators, that visibility removes a large share of support tickets before they are raised.
Subscribers see their own charges.
Downloadable per order.
Every debit and credit recorded.
In Vodlix, every order, wallet movement and invoice sits against the subscriber's account and is visible in their account area. A subscriber who wants to know what they were charged, when and for what can see it themselves without opening a ticket. Purchases, rentals, subscription renewals and credits are all listed. Self service billing information answers the question at the moment it is asked, which is faster for the viewer and cheaper for you.
Every order in Vodlix carries its invoice, ready to download from the subscriber's account area. A viewer who needs a receipt for expenses, a company or their own records gets it themselves, and your team is not fetching documents by hand or emailing PDFs on request. Invoices are generated automatically at the time of purchase. Downloadable invoices remove one of the most common and least valuable support tasks.
When a billing enquiry does reach your team, Vodlix shows staff exactly the same view the subscriber sees, with the addition of admin tools such as refunds and wallet adjustments. There is no hunt across payment gateway dashboards and spreadsheets to reconstruct what happened. The answer is immediate because both sides are looking at the same record. A shared view of billing keeps support accurate and resolutions quick.
