Subscribers Manager for OTT Platforms

A Subscriber List That Reads as a Revenue List

The Vodlix Subscribers Manager is a revenue roster, not just a user list. Every row shows the subscriber's package, whether the subscription is active or cancelled, and what it is worth, so you can read the health of the business by scrolling rather than exporting a spreadsheet. Filters narrow the list by plan, status or date, and any account opens without losing your place in the list. For OTT operators, it is the single screen that shows who is paying and how much.

Find Any Subscriber by ID, Email or Phone

Vodlix lets you find any subscriber by user ID, username, email address or phone number. A subscriber who contacts support rarely provides the exact field you expected, so search works on whichever detail you have. Results open directly to the full account, with subscription, payment and viewing information in one place. Fast lookup means a support query is answered in the first reply rather than after a round of clarification.

Subscriber Wallet and Full Transaction Ledger

Each subscriber in Vodlix carries a wallet balance and a full transaction ledger. You can see every charge, credit and refund against the account, and you can top up the wallet yourself from the admin area. That turns a goodwill gesture, a partial refund or a promotional credit into a single click rather than a manual payment process. The ledger keeps every adjustment recorded, so both your team and the subscriber can see exactly what happened.

Failed Payments Handled Fairly

Vodlix does not end a subscription the moment a payment fails. You set how long access continues while a subscriber fixes their card, and you define what cancelling actually does to current access. The defaults are designed to produce the fair outcome: a subscriber keeps what they have paid for, and a temporary payment problem does not become a lost customer. Recovery settings are configured once and applied consistently across the subscriber base.

Every Subscriber Detail on One Account

Opening a subscriber in Vodlix shows everything the platform knows about that account on one screen: profiles, registered devices, notification settings, interests, subscriptions, rentals, purchases, watch history and loyalty points. There is no switching between modules to build a picture of one customer. Support staff, finance and marketing all work from the same record. A complete view of each subscriber is what allows fast decisions about refunds, upgrades and retention offers.

Who appears in the Vodlix Subscribers Manager?
The Vodlix Subscribers Manager lists every subscriber on a paid plan, showing their package, whether the subscription is active or cancelled and its value, so you can read revenue health at a glance.
How can I search for a subscriber on Vodlix?
You can search the Vodlix Subscribers Manager by user ID, username, email address or phone number, so a support query is resolved with whatever detail the subscriber provides.
Can I adjust a subscriber's balance on Vodlix?
Yes. Each Vodlix subscriber has a wallet and a full ledger, and you can top up the wallet from the admin area in one click, which turns a refund or goodwill credit into a single action.
What happens to a subscriber when a payment fails?
Vodlix does not end the account immediately. You set a grace period for access to continue while the card is fixed and define what cancellation does, so the fair outcome is the default.
What can I see on a single subscriber account?
Opening a subscriber in Vodlix shows their profiles, devices, notifications, interests, subscriptions, rentals, purchases, watch history and loyalty points, all on one screen.
Can I test the whole payment flow before taking real money?
Yes. Test mode puts every payment through your gateways without charging anybody, so you can rehearse a signup, a renewal and a cancellation end to end before launch. It is the difference between finding a misconfigured gateway yourself and having your first real subscriber find it for you.
Which payment gateways can subscribers pay through?
The list includes Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net, PayStack, Square, Flutterwave, iPay88, CCBill, Rapyd, Tingg, Segpay, Magna, PayGate, PayPlus, Pay.nl and Emis, plus Apple, Google Pay and Roku Pay for purchases made inside the apps. You switch on the ones your market uses, and you can allow a different set for rentals than for subscriptions.
Can I export the subscriber list?
Yes. Export takes whichever view you are looking at, so you can pull just the active subscribers, just the inactive ones, or the whole roster. It is the usual route into a spreadsheet for a board pack, or into an email tool for a campaign aimed at people who have lapsed.
